Our terminals offer substantial storage capacity for your product, both for outdoor and indoor storage.
In Vlissingen, the outdoor storage capacity is approximately 1.800.000 tons, while in Terneuzen it is 450.000 tons. The OVET terminals are suitable for storing a wide range of dry (break) bulk products such as ores, minerals, carbon-related goods, fertilizers, construction materials, and circular products. To control dust, we moisten the product with fresh water—if permitted—or apply a protective crusting agent.
All terminals are equipped with an extensive drainage system that collects rainwater and spray water, directing it to central basins. After sedimentation, the water is further filtered, stored in tanks, and reused.”
For covered storage, we have a warehouse with 6 compartments, offering a total volume of 45.000 m³ and a floor area of 6.000 m², which corresponds to approximately 40.000 tons of storage capacity.
The compartments are completely separated from one another, ensuring that batches are stored fully isolated.
The warehouses can be ventilated and also comply with the standards for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
These warehouses, like all other premises, are monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras.
Storage positions and their changes are accurately managed through a modern Terminal Management System (TMS). This allows customers to easily monitor their inventory levels and the movement of their goods in real time and online.”
