High level processing

We offer fully customized processing of your goods, such as mixing, de-ironing, crushing, compacting and of course, one of our main specialties: screening.

Thanks to modern, advanced installations, expertise, and technology, we offer highly precise processing services. We ensure a consistent end result that meets your specific requirements. Our strict quality controls guarantee the highest standards. Finally, we prepare the end product for further distribution.

The art of screening

OVET Screening, being part of OVET Holding, specializes in processing a wide range of products including iron ore, coal, coke, and anthracite. Operations are carried out via a fixed station at our terminal in Terneuzen and a mobile installation that can be deployed in both Terneuzen and Vlissingen. The capacity of our screening installations is approximately 200 tons per hour. We offer sizings in various fractions; in principle, any screen size is possible, whereby the desired result is tailored to your specific requirements.

For oversized products, we offer the possibility to crush them into smaller fractions.

Blending

This involves combining multiple types or qualities of product. Thanks to modern blending installations, we are able to process all specific mixing ratios or properties, allowing us to respond effectively to your requirements.

De-ironing

By removing iron particles from various goods, the quality of your end product is significantly improved. It also helps prevent damage during unloading. Our de-ironing service ensures a clean product, free from unwanted iron particles.

Rebulking

We offer professional bulking services for repackaging from big bag format to bulk. The new bulk batches can be stored again or loaded onto train, truck, ship, or container.

Compacting

Product that is stored or loaded can, when necessary or required, be compacted. This reduces the air spaces within the product, significantly lowering the risk of self-heating and fire.

Bagging

At OVET, you can rely on us for bagging your product. With our installation, we can transfer your goods from storage into big bags.
